Increased Payments following Assignment or Transfer. If at the time of, or immediately after, any assignment or transfer by a Lender or any change in its Facility Office, circumstances are such that any Obligor would be obliged to pay to an assignee, Transferee (or, in the case of a change of Facility Office, the relevant Lender) under clause 10 or 11 any sum in excess of the sum (if any) which it would have been obliged to pay to that Lender under the relevant clause in the absence of that assignment, transfer or change, that Obligor shall not be obliged to pay that excess.
