Increases in Wages. 18.1 Effective October l, 2006, all hourly rates will be increased by twenty (20¢) cents. Effective October 1, 2007, all hourly rates will be increased by twenty (20¢) cents. Effective October 1, 2008, all hourly rates will be increased by twenty (20¢) cents. If the increase in the Benefit Plan is more than fifteen (15%) per cent in the third (3rd) year, the Union and the Employer will reopen the contract to discuss this matter.
Increases in Wages and other Conditions of Employment in this Agreement will accrue as set out in the appropriate schedule to this agreement
Increases in Wages. Employees shall receive three increases to wages over the term of this agreement as follows:
11.1 From the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after the date of approval of this agreement by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, employees will receive an increase in salaries in accordance with Column A of Part D of this agreement. The salary increase detailed in Columns A in the tables of Part D of this agreement will be effective from 9th October 2005.
11.2 From the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after the 1st October 2006 an increase in salaries of 4% shall apply. This increase in salaries shall be in accordance with Columns B in the tables of Part D of this agreement.
11.3 From the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after the 1st October 2007 an increase in salaries of 4% shall apply. This increase in salaries shall be in accordance with Columns C in the tables of Part D of this agreement.
11.4 Notwithstanding the above, Teachers will be paid in accordance with the current Teachers Independent Schools (State) Award.
Increases in Wages. Wage adjustments shall be granted September 1, of each year and shall 808 equal the percent of adjustment of classified Employees appropriated and paid by the State. 809 This increase includes both salary increases as well as Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA). 810 811 3. Payment: Payment for wages shall be prorated over twelve (12) monthly paychecks. 812 Paychecks shall be issued on the last business day of each month. Increases in Wages. 6.3.1 As set out in Appendix 2, wages have been increased by 4.5% from the first pay period commencing after 1st September 2006. This will be paid on the first pay period after 1st October 2006 which will include backpay.
