INCREASING THE MINIMUM WAGE FOR FEDERAL CONTRACTORS. a. This Contract is subject to Executive Order 14026, the regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor in 29 CFR part 23 pursuant to the Executive Order, and specifically to all the provisions set forth in Appendix A to 29 CFR part 23. The Contractor shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this contract, the applicable minimum wage per the Executive Order. Accordingly, Appendix A is hereby incorporated by reference and has the same force and effect as if set forth in full in this contract.
