Common use of Incumbency Certificates of Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Incumbency Certificates of Credit Parties. Agent shall have received a certificate of an Authorized Officer of each Credit Party, dated the Closing Date, as to the incumbency and signature of the officers of each Credit Party, as applicable, executing the Documents, any certificate or other documents to be delivered by it pursuant hereto, together with evidence of the incumbency of such Authorized Officer;
