Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. The Vessel Owning Subsidiary will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to the Vessel Owning Subsidiary.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. Neither of the Subsidiaries will be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to either of the Subsidiaries.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. The GAS-twenty Vessel Owner will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer (save to the company secretary in respect of professional and transactional fees), director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to the GAS-twenty Vessel Owner.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. 2234 LLC will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of any of the Seller Entities or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to 2234 LLC.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. Igloo Corp will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to Igloo Corp.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. Tundra Corp is not indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor is any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate indebted to Tundra Corp.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. Seadrill T-15 will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of the Seller, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to Seadrill T-15.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. As of the Closing Date, none of the Transferred Subsidiaries will be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of any of the Sellers or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor will any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to any of the Transferred Subsidiaries, other than with respect to trade receivables (collectively, “Related Party Indebtedness”).
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. SIL will not be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of the Seller, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to SIL.
Indebtedness to and from Officers, etc. No Subject Subsidiary will be indebted, directly or indirectly, to any person who is an officer, director, stockholder or employee of any of the Seller or any spouse, child, or other relative or any affiliate of any such person, nor shall any such officer, director, stockholder, employee, relative or affiliate be indebted to any Subject Subsidiary.
