Common use of Indebtedness to Target Clause in Contracts

Indebtedness to Target. Except for: (a) the payment of salaries and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses in the ordinary and usual course, and (b) amounts disclosed in the Target Disclosure Statement or the Target Financial Statements, the Target is not indebted to any Target Shareholder, any Related Party of any Target Shareholder, or any Employee of the Target, on any account whatsoever.

Indebtedness to Target. Except for: (a) the payment of salaries and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses in the ordinary and usual course, and or (b) amounts disclosed in the Target Disclosure Statement or the Target Financial Statements, the Target is not indebted to any Target Shareholderthe Shareholders, any Related Party of any Target Shareholder, the Shareholders or any Employee directors, officers or employees of the Target, on any account whatsoever.

Indebtedness to Target. Except for: for (ai) the payment of salaries and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses in the ordinary and usual course, and or (bii) amounts disclosed in the Target Disclosure Statement or the Target Financial Statements, the Target is not indebted to any Target the Shareholder, any Related Party of any Target Shareholder, the Shareholder or any Employee directors, officers or employees of the Target, on any account whatsoever.
