Indecency, Hoaxes Sample Clauses

Indecency, Hoaxes. No programming violative of applicable laws and rules concerning indecency or hoaxes will be broadcast over the Stations. In the event the FCC issues a Notice of Forfeiture for indecency arising from Broker’s programming on the Stations, Broker shall indemnify Licensee for the amount of any such Forfeiture, which shall be paid forthwith by Broker, together with any other costs incurred by Licensee in responding and/or defending such Notice of Forfeiture, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs.
