Common use of Indemnification by University Clause in Contracts

Indemnification by University. University shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, agents and employees against any actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities and damages that may result from the negligent acts or omissions of University, its officers, agents or employees in connection with this Agreement.
