Indemnification for Liens and Stop Notices. Developer shall keep the Project and underlying property free of any mechanic’s liens and immediately secure the release of any stop notices. Developer shall defend, indemnify, protect, and hold harmless, City, its agents, officers and employees from and against any and all liability, claims, costs, and damages, including but not limited to, attorney fees, arising from or attributable to a failure to pay claimants.
