INDEMNIFICATION FOR TORT ACTIONS/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. A. The provisions of Florida Statute 768.28 applicable to Orange County, Florida apply in full to this Contract. Any legal actions to recover monetary damages in tort for injury or loss of property, personal injury, or death caused by the negligent or wrongful act or omission of any employee of the COUNTY acting within the scope of his/her office or employment are subject to the limitations specified in this statute.
