See Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, which became effective July 1, 2006. 1. This requirement will apply to any general bid or sub bid submitted. 2. This law directs the Massachusetts Attorney General to restrain the award of construction contracts to any contractor who is in violation to this requirement and to restrain the performance of these contracts by non-complying contractors. 3.
