Common use of Indemnification - General Clause in Contracts

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall provide to Indemnitee will include, but shall will not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreementhereof set forth.

The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence in this Section shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. Indemnification - General. The Company Company, without duplication, shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) (subject to the provisions of this Agreement) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company Corporation shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may thereafter from time to timetime permit. This Agreement shall not apply to any claims brought against the Indemnitee based on matters which antedate the effective date of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defineddefined in Section 17 hereof) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended applicable law may hereafter from time to timetime permit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

The rights of the Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

The Company shall indemnify, and advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement Agreement; and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and as amended from time to time. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.

Indemnification - General. The Company shall indemnify, and and, subject to Section 26 hereof, advance Expenses (as hereinafter defined) to, Indemnitee (a) as provided in this Agreement and (b) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in effect on the date hereof and to such greater extent as amended any amendment to or interpretation of applicable law may thereafter from time-to-time to timepermit. The rights of Indemnitee provided under the preceding sentence shall include, but shall not be limited to, the rights set forth in the other Sections of this Agreement.
