INDEMNIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE BY EMPLOYER. Employer shall indemnify and hold Executive harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses including, but not limited to, court costs and attorneys’ fee which Executive may incur as a result of any contention, liability, obligation, claim or cause of action (including, but not limited to, claims for indemnity or contribution) brought against Executive seeking damages or injunctive relief as a result of any set of Executive performed within the scope of his employment hereunder.
