Common use of Indemnification of Other Members Clause in Contracts

Indemnification of Other Members. Members and Affiliated Parties participating in special project agreements if conducted by the Agency, shall hold other Members and Affiliated Parties who are not parties to the special project agreement free and harmless from and indemnify each of them against any and all costs, losses, damages, claims and liabilities arising from the special project agreement. The indemnification obligation of Members and Affiliated Parties participating in special project agreements shall be the same as specified in Article 5.2 for Members and Affiliated Parties in general, except that they shall be limited to liabilities incurred for the special project.
