Indemnitee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 5.04(a), (i) any payments required to be made pursuant to this Section 5.04(a) to an Indirect Section 5.04 Indemnitee shall be made to the Related Pass Through Entity and (ii) any request for reimbursement pursuant to this Section 5.04(a) that is to be made by an Indirect Section 5.04 Indemnitee shall be made by the Related Pass Through Entity.
