Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. Section 9.1 Tenant agrees to indemnify and save harmless Landlord from and against all claims arising from any act, omission or negligence of Tenant, or its contractors, licensees, agents, servants, invitees or employees, or arising from any accident, injury or damage whatsoever caused to any person, or to the property of any person occurring during the Term in or about the demised premises, the sidewalks (if any) adjoining the same and from and against all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred in or in connection with any such claim or proceeding brought thereon, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs provided that the terms of the foregoing indemnity shall not apply to the extent resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord.
