Common use of Indemnity by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Landlord. Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all claims arising from any negligence of Landlord or any of its agents, contractors, employees or invitees, patrons, customers or members in or about the Project and from any and all costs, attorneys' fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon, including negotiations in connection therewith.

Indemnity by Landlord. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landlord shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all claims arising from claims, actions, damages, liability and expense including, but not limited to, attorneys' and other professional fees in connection with any negligence death of Landlord or bodily or personal injury to any person or persons or any damage to or loss or destruction of any property arising or resulting from, out of or in connection with the Premises, or any part thereof, or any other part of the Building, or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Landlord, its officers, agents, contractorsservants, employees or invitees, patrons, customers or members in or about the Project and from any and all costs, attorneys' fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon, including negotiations in connection therewith.

Indemnity by Landlord. Landlord shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless Tenant harmless and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees from and against any and all claims claims, suits, demands, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising from any negligence (a) Landlord's breach of its obligations under this Lease, or (b) the negligent or wrongful acts of Landlord or any of its agents, contractors, employees agents or invitees, patrons, customers or members in or about the Project and from any and all costs, attorneys' fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any claim or any action or proceeding brought thereon, including negotiations in connection therewithemployees.
