Common use of Indemnity for Indenture Trustee's Liens Clause in Contracts

Indemnity for Indenture Trustee's Liens. The Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessee, the Owner Participant, the Owner Trustee and the Pass Through Trustee from and against any loss, cost, expense or damage which may be suffered by the Lessee, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Owner Trustee or the Pass Through Trustee as a result of the failure of the Indenture Trustee to discharge and satisfy any Indenture Trustee's Liens attributable to it in its individual capacity, as described in Section 7.05(b) hereof.
