Indemnity – Intellectual Property. Seller will indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any Losses resulting from any allegation or charge that any Goods, Services or Work Product, or the use thereof for the purpose that the Goods and/or Services are purchased by Buyer, constitutes an infringement of any patent, copyright, or other intellectual property right.
