Price Assurance. CRH guarantees TWiC that the market price of the ---------------- Canadian Rockport Homes International Stock being received by TWiC under this Agreement shall exceed $2.50 Canadian within four years of the commencement of trading. If the Stock does not reach such price within such period, CRH shall provide TWiC with sufficient additional Canadian Rockport Homes International Stock in order that the number of additional shares plus 2,000,000 times the highest market price of such stock during the four year period equals $5,000,000 Canadian.
Price Assurance. Staples agrees to provide pricing to Xxxxx XXXX and its participating entities that are the lowest pricing available for similar size purchasing entities and the Pricing Assurance shall remain so throughout the duration of the contract. Pricing updates will be based on cost increases or decreases received from Staples’ suppliers and other market conditions. Any price adjustments will be based on changes in the delivered cost. All price increases will be communicated to Xxxxx XXXX/CoPro+ by Staples thirty (30) days in advance. If product and service costs to Staples drop during the term of the contract, Staples will share those benefits with Xxxxx XXXX/CoPro+ in a timely manner and will collaborate with Xxxxx XXXX/CoPro+ to decide the preferred way for the savings to be reflected. realized to include process efficiencies that reduce internal procurement and administrative costs while also decreasing our cost to serve you.
Price Assurance. The Contractor will actively consider any suggestions made to improve designs or applications in order to reduce contractual prices.
