INDEMNITY PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER. 9.1 The Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against all Losses arising out of or in connection with the Customer’s use of the Lt LabStation Solution and User Content. 9.2 In relation to any claim which gives rise or may give rise to any Loss in respect of which the Customer shall indemnify the Service Provider under clause 9.1: 9.2.1 the Service Provider shall give the Customer prompt notice of any such claim; 9.2.2 the Service Provider shall provide reasonable co- operation to the Customer in the defence and settlement of such claim, at the Customer’s expense; and 9.2.3 the Customer shall be given sole authority to defend or settle the claim.
