Common use of Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Indenture Legislation. (1) If, and to the extent, any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable statutes of Canada and its provinces and the regulations under those statutes relating to warrant indentures (“Applicable Legislation”), such mandatory requirement shall prevail. (2) The Company and the Warrant Agent agree that each will at all times in relation to this Indenture and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefit of Applicable Legislation.
