Common use of Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Indenture Legislation. (1) If and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, such mandatory requirement shall prevail. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between a provision of this Indenture and in the Warrant Certificates issued hereunder, the relevant provision in this Indenture shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. (2) The Corporation and the Warrant Agent agree that each will, at all times in relation to this Indenture and any action to be taken hereunder, observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.
