Common use of Indenture Legislation Clause in Contracts

Indenture Legislation. (a) Subject to Section 1.10 of this Indenture, if and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Indenture Legislation, such mandatory requirement shall prevail. (b) The Issuer agrees that it will at all times in relation to this Indenture and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Indenture Legislation and the TIA. The Debenture Trustees agree that they will at all times in relation to this Indenture and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Indenture Legislation.
