Indenture Lien Release. The Sellers shall have delivered to the Buyer evidence satisfactory to the Buyer in its sole discretion that the Trustee (as defined in the Indenture) has taken all action and delivered all documents necessary to obtain a full and unconditional release of the Purchased Assets from the security interests created by the Indenture, Notes and Collateral Agreements (as such terms are defined in the Indenture).
