Indenture Trustee May Hold Securities. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Note Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent in their respective individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of securities and, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.
