Indenture Trustee to Cooperate. (a) Upon payment in full of any Contract, the Servicer shall notify the Indenture Trustee, the Originator and the Seller on the next succeeding Payment Date by certification of a Servicing Officer (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payments which are required to be deposited in the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.05 have been so deposited). The Servicer is authorized to execute an instrument in satisfaction of such Contract and to do such other acts and execute such other documents as the Servicer deems necessary to discharge the Obligor thereunder and eliminate the lien on the related real estate and collateral. The Servicer shall determine when a Contract has been paid in full; to the extent that insufficient payments are received on a Contract but are otherwise incorrectly credited by the Servicer as prepaid or paid in full and satisfied, the shortfall shall be paid by the Servicer out of its own funds; provided that the Servicer may reimburse itself for such shortfall payment from the Collection Account if the Servicer corrects the error and receives amounts in respect of such shortfall payment from future collections with respect to such Contract.
