Independence of the Owner. Owner shall act as an independent contractor with respect to the Work and shall exercise control, supervision, management and direction as to the method and manner of obtaining the results required by Xxxxx, but shall never be deemed a member of Hirer Group nor act on behalf of Xxxxx.
