Common use of Independent Actuarial Services Clause in Contracts

Independent Actuarial Services. Actuarial services rendered to the Companies, their direct or indirect subsidiaries, or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx with prior notice and consultation with the management of the Companies, by an independent actuarial firm or actuary (i.e., an actuary who is not an employee of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx).
