Common use of Independent Business Relationship Clause in Contracts

Independent Business Relationship. (1) The Business and the Data Provider are independent contractors, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to be a relationship of joint venturers, partners, employer/employee, or agency between the Parties. (2) Neither Party shall have the power to bind or obligate the other, except as set forth in this Agreement.
