Common use of INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION. Each covenant contained herein shall be construed (absent an express contrary provision herein) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, and compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with one or more other covenants.
