Common use of Independent Contractor; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Independent Contractor; Licenses. In performing its services hereunder, Development Manager shall be an independent contractor. Development Manager shall, at its own expense, qualify to do business in California (if not already qualified) and obtain and maintain such licenses, if any, as may be required to be issued and held in its name for the performance by Development Manager of the Development Services under this Agreement.
