Independent Contractor, No Partnership or Joint Venture. CONTRACTOR and all of its agents and employees act in an independent capacity and are not officers, employees, or agents of the AUTHORITY in the performance of this Contract. This Contract shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture or partnership between the parties or impose any partnership obligations or liability upon either party.
