INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS OF CONTRACTOR. Contractor and Contractor’s employee(s) and agent(s) shall perform all duties pursuant to this agreement as an independent Contractor. Marysville School District #25 shall not control or supervise the manner in which this agreement is performed nor withhold or pay taxes on behalf of Contractor and Contractor’s employee(s) or agent(s).
