Independent Contractors; Relationship of Parties. 9.5.1 The relationship of the Parties under this Supply Agreement shall be and at all times remains one of independent contractors. No Party is an employee, agent or legal representative of any other Party or shall have any authority to assume or create obligations on any other Party’s behalf.
