Common use of Independent Credit Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Independent Credit Evaluation. Each Guarantor has independently, and without reliance on any information supplied by the Guaranteed Parties, taken, and will continue to take, whatever steps it deems necessary to evaluate the financial condition and affairs of the Borrower, and the Guaranteed Parties shall have no duty to advise any Guarantor of information at any time known to them regarding such financial condition or affairs.
