Common use of Independent Examination Clause in Contracts

Independent Examination. The Committee through the Superintendent, at its own expense, reserves the right to have an independent physician examine any professional employee taking sick leave whenever, in its opinion, the professional employee may not be entitled to sick leave benefits.
