Common use of Independent Judgment Clause in Contracts

Independent Judgment. Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that neither Contractor nor any of its Affiliates, nor any employee of either, has accepted or shall accept another OCA contract that would impair the independent judgment of Contractor in the performance of this Agreement.
