Independent Property. Except as described on Schedule 4.18 of the Seller Disclosure Letter, the Property is an independent unit which does not rely on facilities (other than facilities of public utility, sewer and water companies) located on any property not included in the Property (i) to fulfill any zoning, building code, or other municipal or governmental requirement, or (ii) for structural support or the furnishing of any essential building systems or utilities, including, but not limited to, electric, plumbing, mechanical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. To Seller’s Knowledge no building or other improvements not included in the Property relies on any part of the Property to fulfill any zoning, building code, or other municipal or governmental requirement or for structural support or the furnishing of any essential building systems or utilities.
