Licensee is not an employee of the City and in accordance with such independent status neither Licensee nor its employees or agents will hold themselves out as, nor claim to be officers, employees, or agents of the City, or of any department, agency, or unit thereof, and they will not make any claim, demand, or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to an officer of, or employee of, the City, including but not limited to, workers’ compensation coverage, unemployment insurance benefits, social security coverage, or employee retirement membership or credit.
