A firm that is (i) engaged to a substantial degree in the business of conducting appraisals on commercial real estate properties, (ii) not affiliated with the Advisor and (iii) engaged by the Company with the approval of the Board to appraise the Real Properties pursuant to the Valuation Guidelines.
