Indian Tribe Trust Account Divisions. The Indian Tribe Trust Account may be divided into such number of discrete trust subaccounts dedicated for specific purposes as may be deemed necessary in the discretion of the Trustee to comply with the terms of, and to implement, the Consent Decree and this Indian Tribe Trust Agreement.
