INDICATION OF PREFERENCES. 1. All employees will be asked to indicate their preference for the shift they would like to be appointed to.
2. Preferences will be met where possible.
3. The Company will appoint employees to a shift according to preferences based upon and in order of:
i. Those employees specifically employed for a particular shift;
ii. Length of service of an employee on a particular shift iii. The shift they are currently on
INDICATION OF PREFERENCES. 30.2.1 All employees will be asked to indicate their preference for the shift they would like to be appointed to.
30.2.2 Preferences will be met where possible.
30.2.3 The Company will appoint employees to a shift, according to preferences based upon:
1. those employees specifically employed for a particular shift;
2. length of service of an employee on a particular shift;
3. the shift they are currently on; and
4. skills and knowledge.
