Common use of Indirect Competition Clause in Contracts

Indirect Competition. Employee further agrees that, during the Term and the Non-Compete Period, he will not, directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, direct or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 if such activity were carried out by Employee, either directly or indirectly; and in particular Employee agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.

Indirect Competition. Employee further agrees that, during the Term and the Non-Compete Period, he will not, directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, direct or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 if such activity were carried out by Employee, either directly or indirectly; and in particular particular, Employee agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.

Indirect Competition. Employee further agrees that, during the Term and During the Non-Compete Competition Period, he will notEmployee agrees not to, directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, direct directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 7 if such activity were carried out by Employee, either directly or indirectly; and in particular particular, Employee agrees that he will notnot to, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.

The Employee further agrees that, during the Term term of his employment by the Company and the Nonsix-Compete Periodmonth period thereafter specified in section 6(a) above, he the Employee will not, directly directly, or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, direct directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 section 6, if such activity were carried out by the Employee, either directly or indirectly; and in particular the Employee agrees that he the Employee will not, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.

Indirect Competition. The Employee further agrees that, during the Term term of his employment by the Company and the Nonsix-Compete Periodmonth period thereafter specified in section 5(a) above, he the Employee will not, directly directly, or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, direct directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 section 6, if such activity were carried out by the Employee, either directly or indirectly; and in particular the Employee agrees that he the Employee will not, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.
