Common use of Indirect Competition Clause in Contracts

Indirect Competition. Founder further agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, he will not, directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person or entity in carrying out any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 6 if such action were to be carried out by Founder, either directly or indirectly; and, in particular, Founder agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, induce any employee of the Company to carry out any such activity.
