Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).
Indirect Costs If indirect costs are charged, the Subrecipient will develop an indirect cost allocation plan for determining the appropriate Grantee share of administrative costs and shall submit such plan to the Grantee for approval.
Direct Costs Insert the major cost elements. For each element, consider the application of the paragraph entitled “Costs Requiring Prior Approval” on page 1 of these instructions.
Reimbursable Costs 5.3.1. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, costs have to be: • actually incurred, individually identifiable and verifiable, as backed by copies of supporting evidence, as the case may be in the Contractor’s official bookkeeping; this means that no lump sums will be eligible for reimbursement; • necessary in order to perform the tasks as specified in the Terms of Reference (Annex 2); and • cost effective and providing value for money
Indirect Cost Except as otherwise authorized by this contract, no indirect costs shall be reimbursed.
Cost Reimbursement This payment method is based on an approved budget and submission of a request for reimbursement of expenses Xxxxxxx has incurred at the time of the request;
Reimbursement of Eligible Costs To be eligible for reimbursement, the Engineer's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule; and (3) comply with cost principles set forth at 48 CFR Part 31, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31). Unobligated and Unearned Funds and Allowable Costs In accordance with Section 215.971, Florida Statutes, the Grantee shall refund to the State of Florida any balance of unobligated funds which has been advanced or paid to the Grantee. In addition, funds paid in excess of the amount to which the recipient is entitled under the terms and conditions of the agreement must be refunded to the state agency. Further, the recipient may expend funds only for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the specified agreement period. Expenditures of state financial assistance must be in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to expenditures of State funds, including, but not limited to, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures.
Preliminary Cost Estimate Consulting Engineer/Architect shall furnish City an estimate of probable Construction Cost based on the preliminary design. Consulting Engineer/Architect's estimate of probable Construction Cost is to be made on the basis of Consulting Engineer/Architect's experience and qualifications and represent Consulting Engineer/Architect's best judgment as an experienced and qualified design professional, familiar with the construction industry.
