Scope of Work definition

Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Scope of Work means that scope of the work attached as a schedule to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement and to be performed by the Constructing Entity(ies) pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, provided that such Scope of Work may be modified, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

Scope of Work. (SOW) means Scope of work mentioned in Section III: Terms of Reference of the RFP which explains the objectives, Scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment, respective responsibilities of the Purchaser and the Bidder.
