Individual Alternative Work Schedule Sample Clauses
An Individual Alternative Work Schedule clause allows an employee and employer to agree on a work schedule that differs from the standard hours or days typically required by the organization. This may include arrangements such as compressed workweeks, flexible start and end times, or varying daily hours, tailored to the individual's needs and the employer's operational requirements. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility in work arrangements, helping to accommodate personal circumstances or improve work-life balance while ensuring that business needs are still met.
