Individual Complaint Sample Clauses
Individual Complaint. Nothing contained herein may be construed as limiting the right of a teacher with a complaint to have the complaint adjusted without recourse to the grievance procedure and with or without representation by the Association, provided that the adjustment is consistent with the terms of this Agreement. When a teacher is not represented by the Association, the Association will have the opportunity to be present beyond the level of the principal or immediate supervisor.
Individual Complaint. It is recognized by the parties that an individual teacher may present a grievance to his/her principal or supervisor and have the grievance adjusted without the intervention of the ASSOCIATION, if the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and the ASSOCIATION has been given an opportunity to be present at such adjustment.
Individual Complaint. An individual complaint is a claim by a Society-represented lawyer where the Society-represented lawyer has a belief that a provision of the Collective Agreement has been violated or that management has unreasonably exercised its discretion in the administration or application of the Collective Agreement. In discussing an individual complaint with their manager, the Society-represented lawyer will have a right to Society representation throughout the process.
