Individual Conferences. Bargaining unit personnel shall remain after the pupils’ day at the request of a principal or the Superintendent for the purpose of discussing any matter, if such a conference cannot be reasonably scheduled during the school day.
Individual Conferences. The immediate supervisor may schedule individual conferences for evaluation purposes at his/her discretion. The purpose of this conference is to set/review administrative priorities, review forms and procedures, and to state the specific work performance objectives that are desired. At least one individual conference shall be held prior to completion of the written work performance evaluation.
